Features

 

  • Integrated with Microsoft Outlook (see below)
  • Phonenumber and name is displayed on incoming call
  • On incoming call the contactcard can be displayed through pressing a button (supports contact, businesscontacts and accounts).
  • Contactcard for current caller/last caller can be shown through Outlook
  • Callhistory for all incoming calls to the agent is registered
  • Contacts are searchable on phonenumber and name

  • Full integration with contacts, businesscontacts and accounts in Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager 2007
  • Full integration with contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2007 och Microsoft Outlook 2003

 

 

Databasesupport

 

  • Primary choice is to integrate with Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager database where tables will be created automatically.
  • If you aren't using BCM you can use the integrated Firebird SQL database to save data

Technical Requirements

 

  • Requires Microsoft Windows 2000 with sp 4, Windows XP with SP 2 or Windows Vista.
  • Any terminal server edition is NOT supported since BCM currently does not work on a terminal server.
